Internal Reporting Channel
Considering the need to provide the entire academic community with a safe place to report situations that violate the legal, ethical and moral principles that govern the institution, the Internal Complaints Channel (CDI) was created.
Any acts that harm people's rights, violate the law or denigrate the institution, whether they have already taken place, are taking place or are expected to take place, should be reported.
The CDI is committed to fair and effective handling of the situation, ensuring that action is taken in accordance with the circumstances and guaranteeing the necessary confidentiality and protection of the rights of those involved, namely the prohibition of retaliatory acts.
Who can report it?
Anyone who is aware of an act that violates the law or the ethical and moral principles that govern the institution.
For members of the academic community, employees, teachers and students, there is a guarantee of protection for the whistleblower, namely as defined in Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December (GDPR).
