ApresentaçãoPresentationThis CU's field of action is essentially focused on textile raw materials; however, it works more specifically with fibers and textiles (fabrics and knitwear), as well as trims and other clothing construction materials. It also covers the fashion industry and sourcing. Its intervention in the fields of textile materials and industry places the UC at a high level of relevance, since it is in this UC that students will acquire knowledge about the materials that make up clothing. Since textiles (fabrics and knitwear) are the main element of clothing, it is very important that students understand their importance and how and where they can be applied. An study of the industry and how it works will complement students' understanding of the process from choosing the fibers to producing the product.
