    LG1. Identify the different objectives of an integrated management system and performance  evaluation; LG2. Systematise the main conceptual models on performance and potential management, characterizing its main components; LG3. Know the conditions that influence the effectiveness of a performance and potential management system and identify ways to optimize them; LG4. Carry out a critical analysis of performance and potential management systems, identifying key variables for their development, implementation and continuous improvement.

    The course is taught through the elaboration of a research questionnaire to be passed in an interview with a person responsible for HRM in a company as well as a writing of their "personal development project, following a 9-point plan provided by the teacher.
