    This curricular unit aims to contribute to the familiarization of interpersonal and group processes, namely related to interpersonal relationship processes and the functioning of small groups and their main phenomena.

  • ObjectivosObjectives
    Acquisition of theoretical knowledge about interpersonal relationship processes, understanding the functioning of small groups and their main phenomena, the factors responsible for their formation and dynamics. It is intended that students develop skills in the context of the main group phenomena, linking the theoretical exposure with the analysis of specific situations, as well as the development of communication skills.
