ObjectivosObjectivesLG1. Provide information on the fundamentals and basic characteristics of research in Occupational Psychology and Occupational Health, analysis and criticism methodology of the scientific literature in the fields in question LG2. Provide students with additional skills in quantitatively oriented research, contributing to the acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for the development, with rigor and autonomy, of scientific research projects LG3. Promote the development of skills in students that allow them to autonomously plan the collection and analysis of data in research in Occupational Psychology and Occupational Health LG4. Favor the acquisition of knowledge about the steps in the preparation of research projects, as well as the ability to critically reflect on specific issues and problems in the field of research in Occupational Psychology and Occupational Health through the critical interpretation of scientific articles in specialized journals

MetodologiaMethodologyClasses are theoretical-practical. The syllabus contents are addressed, being also dedicated to the guidance of individual work for knowledge assessment. The assessment instruments were designed to give continuity to the know-how promoted, consisting of the elaboration of a research project with presentation and discussion in the classroom. ME1: Theoretical classes, using the expository and demonstrative method. ME2: Practical classes, based on problem solving, critical and reflective analysis of scientific articles and questions and practical classes on specific problems in the field of research in Work and Occupational Health Psychology.
