Changes in the public employment relationship. 9. Exercise of disciplinary power. 10. Termination of public employment relationship. 11. Collective law: specifics in relation to the common labour regime.
  • ObjectivosObjectives
    It is intended that, after completing this cycle, the student will be able to exercise with competence, rigor, critical and innovative spirit, juridical activity, and consulting in contextualized knowledge of law is an asset. For this, a higher-level legal training will be provided, which will guarantee, through the development and deepening of the knowledge to be transmitted, the acquisition of new knowledge in public contracting, considering its study as a platform for an eventual adequate professional insertion. to the diverse demands of the labour market. It is also intended that the student acquire skills that allow him to continue his studies oriented towards scientific research, namely a possible third cycle of studies.
