    The Curricular Unit of Internship foresees that the final-year student of the degree in Human Resources Management carries out a Curricular Internship of up to 240 hours, in a company in the market and in an area corresponding to his/her degree.

    By the end of the semester, students should have the ability to:  LG1. Prepare a final internship portfolio  LG2. Characterize the organization where they did their internship  LG3. Describe the activities carried out during the internship and derive suggestions for professional improvement.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    This curricular unit mainly uses active teaching methodologies based on the observation and practice of professional activities in real work contexts, related to the different areas of specialization, and on the presentation, discussion and reflection of specific activities developed within the fieldwork carried out, to be held in supervision/tutoring meetings. EVALUATION  80% of the evaluation is based on the quality of the internship portfolio, in which the student's ability to synthesize and write up the work developed during the internship will be evaluated. 70% of the evaluation will be assigned by the internship supervisor, and 30% will be based on the oral presentation/defense evaluation.
