The 2nd edition of EGPA will take place on 20 May 2025, marking the International Human Resources Day.
The 2nd People Management Meeting of the Algarve (EGPA) will be held on 20 May 2025, commemorating the International Human Resources Day. This two-hour event brings together professionals in the field, members of academia, and the community, with the aim of promoting reflection and sharing best practices in People Management in the Algarve.
The programme includes an opening conference with a prominent keynote speaker, two panel discussions featuring invited experts, and a dedicated moment for networking and social interaction during the coffee break. This second edition continues the objective of creating a space for dialogue and shared learning among the various stakeholders in the sector.
Aimed at managers and professionals working in organisations, students, and the wider Algarve community who focus on or are interested in People Management. It is organised under the Change Up Project – a collaborative initiative founded and led by Professors Patrícia Araújo and Lígia Nascimento, promoting the connection between the academic and business worlds – by AAULA (Association of Alumni of the Lusófona Group in the Algarve) and by NEGISMAT (Student Group of Management at ISMAT).
