The direction of
ISMAT’s Master’s in
Work Psychology and Occupational Health (PTeSO) is organizing the 8th Edition of the Best Practices Sessions, marking its 2nd International Edition this year. Under the theme “Caring for the Mind, Transforming Work: Integrated Perspectives in PTeSO,” the event focuses on the importance of mental health within organizational contexts and the evolution of well-being practices at work.
The gathering stands out for its global reach, featuring the presentation of best practices and case studies from Portugal, Cape Verde, Brazil, and Spain. This cross-cultural exchange will allow participants—students, faculty, and industry professionals—to analyze different approaches and solutions to occupational health challenges in a shifting labor market, reinforcing ISMAT’s role at the forefront of research and intervention in Work Psychology.
