A FThe Faculty of Law at Lusófona University, através do CEAD - Francisco Suárez Advanced Center for Legal Studies, invites the entire academic community to submit expanded scientific abstracts for presentation at the II UniFAFIRE/Lusófona University International Congress, o be held on May 13 and 14, 2026, in the city of Recife, Brazil, with online streaming and remote participation available..
Authors with approved works will have the opportunity to submit articles for subsequent publication in a collective volume. The initiative aims to debate and formulate research hypotheses regarding the current landscape of fundamental labor rights, considering the socio-legal realities of Brazil, Portugal, and Cape Verde, while addressing advancements, setbacks, constant reconfigurations, and the constraints faced in their implementation.

Submissions must be sent, including the signed authorization form for the publication of the collective work (available in Annex 1 of the notice), by May 5, 2026.
