An ISMAT initiative reinforces the spirit of solidarity with the local community through the donation of second-hand clothing
On 14 April 2025, between 10:00 and 18:00, ISMAT will host the second edition of the COM-PARTILHA Solidarity Shop, a social and community-based initiative.
This action follows the clothing and textile collection campaign carried out in November and December 2023, which culminated in the opening of the first edition of the solidarity shop. The success of the initiative, which gave the Portimão community the opportunity to choose good-quality clothing for free, strengthened the desire to repeat the experience.
In this spring/summer edition, ISMAT once again opens its doors to the public, offering season-appropriate items and reaffirming its commitment to reducing inequalities, promoting conscious consumption, and building more sustainable communities.
The COM-PARTILHA Solidarity Shop represents a simple but meaningful act of sharing, inclusion, and social responsibility, reinforcing the role of higher education institutions as active agents of social transformation.
