Experts from Portugal and Spain will gather at ISMAT to reflect on digital contracts, electronic wills, and the impact of AI on legal systems
On 16 May 2025, ISMAT – Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes will host the international conference “Digital Law”, an initiative bringing together experts from Portugal and Spain to reflect on the impact of digital transformation on contemporary legal systems.
This academic event marks the first implementation of the Cooperation Protocol signed between ISMAT and the Universidad de Extremadura (Faculty of Law of Cáceres). The conference will focus on topics such as digital service contracts, artificial intelligence in the legal field, intellectual property, and digital rights after death.
