On June 8th, between 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM, ISMAT will host an Online Open Lecture on the theme “The impact of outplacement on the well-being of professionals in career transition”. The event will feature a presentation by Isabel Diogo, a psychologist specializing in the Social and Organizational fields and holder of a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ISCSP.
Aimed specifically at students of the Master's in Work and Occupational Health Psychology at ISMAT, this meeting is part of the syllabus for the curricular unit of Health, Well-Being and Quality of Life Promotion Programs. The session aims to introduce the scope of outplacement programs in companies, debating how psychological and strategic support can mitigate the negative impact of job separation and promote the mental health of professionals during phases of change.
