An initiative by the PTeSO Master’s degree bringing together APAV, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and Security Forces (PSP and GNR).
The direction of the 2nd cycle in Psicologia do Trabalho e da Saúde Ocupacional (PTeSO), in collaboration with Professor Ana Oliveira, is promoting the webinar "Domestic Violence: Understanding, Protecting, and Supporting." This event serves as an essential space for reflection and sharing, aiming to mobilize the community towards the protection and safeguarding of the dignity of all victims of violence.
The session will feature an outstanding panel, including representatives from APAV (Portuguese Association for Victim Support), the Public Prosecutor's Office, the PSP, and the GNR, alongside experts from ISMAT. Through this multidisciplinary collaboration, intervention strategies, legal protection mechanisms, and the fundamental role of institutions in psychosocial support will be addressed. The webinar is open to the entire academic community and the general public, reinforcing the institution's commitment to social responsibility and collective safety.
