ISMAT Encourages Reflection and Knowledge at the 11th Psychology Congress
On May 9 and 10, 2025, ISMAT will host the 11th edition of its Psychology Congress, this year under the theme “Anxiety 360º”.
This annual colloquium is organized by the Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and aims to promote a deep and interdisciplinary reflection on anxiety as a psychological phenomenon that spans all stages of life and social contexts.
Over two days, national and international experts will share insights and practices on topics such as anxiety in childhood, academic and professional environments, as well as the impact of technology and the role of positive psychology in emotional management.
