The academic contribution of ISMAT stands out in the international debate on AI applied to Tourism
Miguel Nuno Portugal, João Pedro Portugal and Sílvia Pedro Rebouças, lecturers at ISMAT, participated in the ICT’25 International Tourism Congress – Sustainability of Tourism Destinations, where they presented the paper entitled “Perception and Willingness to Accept Artificial Intelligence in Tourism and Hospitality: Demographic Analysis of Sector Workers in Portugal”.
The work will be published in the conference proceedings volume, reinforcing the contribution of the lecturers and ISMAT to the academic debate on Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Tourism and Hospitality sector.
