The scientific showcase shared student interventions focused on well-being and occupational health with the community.
On 18 June, the presentations of the work placements for the Master’s in Work Psychology and Occupational Health (PTeSO) took place.
This event provided an opportunity for the academic community and the wider community to come together, showcasing the projects and interventions carried out by the students at their host organisations.
The exhibition featured 17 research posters, which highlighted the diversity of the placement contexts, the quality of the work carried out and the students’ commitment to ethical practice, grounded in scientific evidence and aimed at promoting the well-being of individuals, organisations and society.
The placements were carried out under the supervision of Professor André Tavares Rodrigues and Professor Paulo Martins, whose scientific and pedagogical guidance was instrumental in ensuring the quality of the projects presented and in developing the professional skills of the future masters in Psychology.
The internships of the master's students in PTeSO were presented to the community in an exhibition.
