Professor Lígia Nascimento presented a study on Human Resource Management practices focused on the common good.
Professor Lígia Nascimento, a faculty member of the Department of Business Sciences and Information Technologies (DCETI) at ISMAT and a researcher at IntrepidLab, took part in the 4th International Common-Good HRM Conference 2026, held under the theme “Working Together for Tomorrow: Encouraging and Managing Collective Action for the Common Good”.
The conference took place online on 11 and 12 March 2026. As part of the scientific programme, she joined the “Mechanisms of change” session, where she presented the paper “Walking the Talk in Common Good HRM: Evidence from Corporate Reports and HR Managers’ Perceptions”, co-authored with Manuela Faia Correia and Teresa Pereira Esteves.
Her participation in this international conference strengthens the link to research networks dedicated to Common-Good HRM, fostering the dissemination of scientific knowledge and the debate on organisational practices oriented towards the common good in an international academic context.
