The last edition of "Conversas sobre Moda" (Fashion Talks) of 2025 featured fashion designer Renata Estefan, who shared her academic and professional trajectory, addressing fundamental topics such as portfolio development and recruitment processes in luxury brands.
Renata's journey began in Brazil, with training at SENAI Cetiqt, followed by a Master's degree in Fashion Design at Central Saint Martins in London. Throughout her career, she has gained experience at renowned international fashion houses such as Stéphane Rolland Paris, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton, demonstrating the importance of professionalization within the sector as a gateway to the luxury market.
Currently, the designer collaborates with the brand Marine Serre and also develops mentoring and training work, supporting designers and creative teams in their career development.
