HR Management students participated in a seminar with the institution's technical, HR, and financial departments.
On December 5th, 2025, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year Human Resources Management students went on a field trip to ERPI Diogo Gonçalves-CAIP (http://cai-portimao.pt/), where they toured the facilities and participated in a seminar with the Technical Director (Dr. Helena Figueiredo), the HR Director (Dr. Sónia de Oliveira), and the Financial Director (Dr. Carla Ferreira).
The seminar addressed operational management, sector challenges, daily people management practices, among other topics, and was led by professors Dr. Margarete Arbugeri, Dr. Patrícia Araújo, and Master Miguel Torre.
