This year, the Bachelor's degree in uninterrupted operation for the longest time at Ensino Lusófona Algarve (since 1992) launches 12 graduating students in Human Resources Management into the labor market.
On June 19th, the final course monograph defenses took place, guided and examined by professors Patrícia Araújo and João Ferreira on a day packed with current HRM topics, such as Artificial Intelligence in HR, Onboarding, Commitment, talent retention in the tourism sector, Inequalities in people management, and many more.
