With over 250 participants, the event gathered professionals from four countries under the coordination of professors André Tavares Rodrigues and Andreia Conceição.
On April 22nd and 29th, the 8th edition of PTeSO Best Practices (Work, Organizational, and Health Psychology) took place, establishing itself as a cornerstone of international cooperation between Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Cape Verde. With a total of 257 registrations, the initiative demonstrated a strong commitment from the professional community to excellence and innovation in technical and organizational contexts.
This international forum fostered a rich intercultural dialogue, where the exchange of experiences drove new perspectives on contemporary work realities. The organization was led by the master's degree board, coordinated by professors André Tavares Rodrigues and Andreia Conceição. The event's success was largely due to the dedication of the master's students, whose involvement was essential in creating this space for transcontinental learning and collaboration.
