Professor Lígia Nascimento presented organizational evidence on generational integration at the International HR Conference in Porto.
Professor Lígia Nascimento, a lecturer at the Department of Business Sciences and Information Technologies (DCETI) at ISMAT and a researcher at IntrepidLab, participated in the XIII CiIIRH – International Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources. The event took place on March 26th and 27th, 2026, at ISCAP (Porto), bringing together experts in both in-person and online formats.
As part of the panel dedicated to “Work, Career, and Skills,” the professor presented the paper titled “Sustainable Employability and Generational Integration: Organizational Evidence,” co-authored with Teresa Pereira Esteves and Manuela Faia Correia. This participation strengthens the external profile of both ISMAT and IntrepidLab, highlighting the practical contribution of the research developed at the institution toward understanding contemporary work dynamics and human resource management.
