Innovative Initiatives in Education, Entrepreneurship, and Professional Training Stand Out at START WORK 2025
The ISMAT participated in START WORK 2025 - Exhibition on Education, Professional Training, Entrepreneurship, and Employment, reinforcing its commitment to education and its connection to the job market. In this edition, in addition to the institutional stand, ISMAT actively participated with various initiatives promoted by its courses, thereby increasing engagement with visitors throughout the two days of the event.
On the first day of the event, an interactive visual experience was created with the initiative #MyStartWorkStyleByISMAT. Also, on the 20th, a Workshop on Emotional Intelligence took place: "The Role of Emotions in Performance," led by professors Raíssa Santos and Paulo Daniel Martins from the Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Aimed at young people between the ages of 15 and 25, this workshop addressed the influence of emotions on academic and professional performance, teaching strategies for better emotional management.
On the second day, fashion shone behind the scenes with the activity "Fashion Behind the Lights - Runway Backstage." This initiative provided visitors with an exclusive immersion into the backstage world of a fashion show, revealing all the preparation and execution work that precedes the runway, culminating in a fashion show featuring various clothing items produced by Bachelor's degree students. Professors and students from the Fashion Design and Textile Production course worked together to demonstrate the key stages that make up a professional runway show.
Additionally, students from the Bachelor's degree in Sports Sciences also actively participated, presenting the activity "Body in Motion, Mind in Action: Body Expression and Dance." This session aimed to promote body expression as a tool for personal and professional development, providing a dynamic and motivating experience for all participants.
Through these activities, ISMAT reinforced its presence at START WORK 2025, offering enriching and interactive experiences that highlighted the excellence of its courses and the dynamic relationship between academic training and the job market.
