The ISMAT professor and IntrepidLab researcher debated the impact of Artificial Intelligence on health and well-being within organizations.
Lígia Nascimento, a faculty member in the Department of Business Sciences and Information Technologies (DCETI) at ISMAT and a researcher at IntrepidLab, participated in the 1st International Congress “Psychology, Health, and Well-being: Current Issues and Challenges,” held on April 22 and 23, 2026, at Lusíada University in Lisbon.
As part of the scientific program, the researcher participated in Panel 4: Health and Organizations, where she presented the oral presentation “Technostress in Organizations in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: A Systematic Review of the Literature,” co-authored with Sofia Azevedo Carvalho and Sónia P. Gonçalves.
Lígia Nascimento’s participation in this international conference reinforces the external visibility of ISMAT and IntrepidLab and highlights the contribution of the research conducted to the discussion of contemporary challenges in health, well-being, and organizations in the era of Artificial Intelligence.
