The director of the ISMAT Master’s in Work, Organizational, and Health Psychology (PTeSO), André Tavares Rodrigues, participated as a guest speaker at the international congress "100 years of social studies," held at the University of Huelva. His lecture, titled "Percursos de la psicología del trabajo en Portugal: Retos y proyectos actuales," addressed the evolution and contemporary challenges of work psychology within the Portuguese context.
