Professor Pedro Santos participates as a Cybersecurity specialist to analyze the impact of the NIS2 directive on organizational risk management.
Professor Pedro Santos, as part of the Technology Committee, will speak on April 17 about the operational (and collective) resilience of organizations. Professor Pedro Santos, from the Department of Business Sciences and Information Technologies, will participate as a cybersecurity expert in the 7th edition of DPO Open Talks, organized by the Association of Data Protection and Security Professionals.
The session will focus on “NIS2 and the Operational (and Collective) Resilience of Organizations,” where the application of best practice guidelines (soft law) in achieving compliance with the new Cybersecurity Legal Framework (hard law) will be discussed, particularly with regard to risk, the operational resilience of organizations, and the necessary collaboration among entities in implementing such management.
