Under the new protocol with the University of Huelva, undergraduate and master's students presented nine posters on occupational health and well-being.
Third-year Psychology students and first-year PTeSO (Work, Organizational, and Health Psychology) master's students participated in the international congress "100 Years of Social Studies in Spain," held at the University of Huelva. Accompanied by Professor Paulo Martins, the students presented nine academic posters focused on promoting psychological well-being and creating healthy work environments in Algarve organizations.
This participation stems from the cooperation protocol signed between ISMAT and the Spanish institution in January 2026. For many students, this was their first experience at an international congress, providing a unique opportunity for scientific exchange and networking with international peers. The initiative reinforces ISMAT's commitment to applied research and to preparing its future psychologists for the global challenges of occupational health.
