Lígia Nascimento brought the perspectives of workers and human resources professionals facing digital transformation to the 2nd Edition of Dialogues in Organizational Behavior.
Lígia Nascimento, professor in ISMAT's Department of Business Sciences and Information Technologies and researcher at IntrepidLab, participated in the 2nd Edition of Dialogues in Organizational Behavior, held on September 11 and 12, 2026, at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra.
On this occasion, she presented the oral communication titled “Technostress in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: The Perspective of Human Resources Professionals and Workers,” co-authored with Sofia Carvalho and Sónia P. Gonçalves.
The work, whose abstract is included in the meeting's official proceedings book, analyzes the demands and psychological impacts resulting from the massive introduction of artificial intelligence into daily work life. The researcher's participation reinforces ISMAT's and IntrepidLab's commitment to studying contemporary workplace challenges and promoting mental health within organizations.
