ISMAT present at the "Player's Forum": Sports Science in the spotlight at FC Ferreiras.
The Director of the Sports Science Degree at ISMAT was one of the guest speakers at the Player's Forum, an event organized by Futebol Clube de Ferreiras on January 18, 2026.
With the "being a complete athlete" approach," this workshop aimed to offer multidisciplinary training in areas that influence the performance, health, and well-being of female athletes, with invited specialists in the fields of osteopathy, nutrition, podiatry, sleep medicine, coaching, leadership, physical preparation, and rehabilitation.
