ISMAT reinforced the excellence of its faculty with the completion of Professor Patrícia Araújo's Post-Doctorate. The professor achieved this academic milestone with the study “SHAPING FUTURE PEOPLE MANAGERS: Pedagogy, Andragogy and the Case of Podcast-Based Learning in Higher Education”, focused on revolutionizing teaching methodologies. Subdivided into several sub-studies, the project delves into the training of people managers.
The work offers fundamental conclusions for higher education institutions to rethink and modernize the training of these professionals, highlighting the potential of pedagogy, andragogy, and innovative approaches such as podcast-based learning.
