At the IV Congress on Healthy Work Environments in Gaia, ISMAT students stood out with works focused on well-being and occupational health.
On May 21st, students from ISMAT's Psychology and Work and Occupational Health Psychology courses achieved a prominent presence at the IV International Congress on Healthy Learning and Work Environments, held at ISLA Gaia. In total, the student delegation presented 13 academic posters, sharing the results of their research with the scientific community.
The presented works were developed under the guidance and scientific mentorship of professors André Tavares Rodrigues, Ana Martins, and Paulo Martins. This strong institutional participation reflects ISMAT's ongoing commitment and that of its faculty to stimulating scientific production and applied research, preparing future psychologists to intervene critically and innovatively in promoting mental health, safety, and well-being within organizational and learning contexts.
