As part of the Change Up Project, the students from the second year of the Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (taught by lecturer Lígia Nascimento), held their final seminar on the 16th of December, where they presented the practical projects developed in a business context.
This project challenged the students to carry out diagnostics, critical analyses, and propose improvements in the training and development practices of four leading organisations in the Algarve region: Água Monchique, ANA Airports (Faro Airport), Decathlon (Portimão Store), and the Vila Vita Parc Resort.
Additionally, the unit on Organisational Intervention and Development Methods, under the guidance of lecturer Patrícia Araújo, will hold its final seminar for the Change Up Project on the 9th of January 2025, at the ISMAT auditorium.
The Change Up Project is a collaborative, non-profit, and inter-organisational programme that promotes the integration between the academic and business worlds. In this model of practical learning, the students act as Junior Consultants, developing real skills and proposing innovative solutions to the challenges faced by organisations.
