ObjectivosObjectivesProvide schoolars with knowledge about several current essencial dimensions of Administrative Law, in particular the definitons of Administrative Law, Public Administrations, Public Services and administrative organization, according to the Constitution and the Law.

MetodologiaMethodologyCombination of theoretical classes, based on the most modern and relevant national and international bibliographical production, and aimed for the first contact with the basic legal institutes of Administrative Law, stimulating legal reasoning of abstract content, with pratical classes, aimed at the need of consolidation and systematization, with jurisprudential support when justified, of all contents of the syllabus. Continuous assessment takes place with two written tests, during theoretical class time, with a weighting of 50% each for overall final assessment.
