ApresentaçãoPresentationThe curricular unit "Business Project" aims to develop entrepreneurial skills and competencies related to the analysis and evaluation of the economic value of innovations. During the course, students will learn methods and practices relevant to the development of a business plan, which is fundamental for the foundation and growth of a new venture (or a new business area in an existing company). The course content includes all the key components needed to write a business plan: definition of the business model; analysis of the product/service offered and its value proposition; analysis of the market and competitive landscape; definition of the marketing and sales plan; preparation of the organizational plan; preparation of economic and financial projections and financing needs.
