    The course "Business Project" aims to develop entrepreneurial competencies through the design, structuring, and defense of a viable business plan. The course promotes the ability to identify market opportunities, structure coherent business models, and analyze their strategic and economic-financial viability. Throughout the semester, students develop an applied project integrating strategic and financial components, culminating in a presentation and defense before a jury.

    At the end of the course, students should be able to: LG1 - Identify or create business opportunities grounded in market analysis. LG2 - Structure and articulate a coherent business model. LG3 - Analyze competitive context and entrepreneurial ecosystem dynamics. LG4 - Design and defend an integrated and viable business plan.
