    LG1- Contextualize career and reward management in human resources strategic management and in the legal perspective; LG2- Know and deepen the traditional and current theoretical models related to career management and reward systems; LG3– Perform a self-diagnosis of skills applied to the individual career, learn about career design forms and recognize perspectives of career development in organizations; LG4–Be able to design reward systems in accordance with motivational theories and job evaluation processes.
