  This CU focuses on the study of certain contracts in particular, with particular contracts of sale, works contracts, mandate contracts and deposit contracts. Due to the shortage of time (the subject is taught in just one semester), it was necessary to choose contracts, which is motivated by their relevance and relevance today.

  The aim of this curricular unit is to prepare students for scientific and formative knowledge about the legal system of contracts, providing them with contact with an analysis and study of several typical contracts, in particular those listed in the syllabus.

  Classes are taught in a theoretical-practical way so that the student understands the subjects more objectively and in substance. Assessment will be based on two written tests (the average of which is weighted at 50%) and 50% weighting for oral participation and practical cases.
