    This course aims to provide students with the familiarization, deepening, and critical appreciation of several Human Resource Management themes particularly relevant for professional practice. Starting from the conceptual definitions of each critical theme, it discusses and articulates the theoretical side with the possibilities of organizational intervention.

    LG1- Know in-depth current and critical issues of Human Resources for organizations and management. LG2- Identify the challenges that these HRM topics pose to professional practice and identify possible actions for organizational intervention. LG3- Be able to think rationally and critically about the HR contexts inherent to the topics covered.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    To achieve the Intended Learning Goals (LG), the planned teaching methodologies (TM) are as follows: - Theoretical exposition (TM1) of the main contents of the Syllabus (S);  - Case Studies (TM2) for deepening and applying the obtained knowledge;  - Analysis and discussion in group (TM3) of HRM topics aiming at respective thought and deepening;  - Critical essays (TM4) aimed at developing critical thinking in the theoretical and practical domain of HRM.
