  - The area of study of Business Management follows a certain transverseability of intervention not only by the knowledge of economic and corporate regimes but also and above all by the legislative interpretation that regulates the underlying acts; thus students should know how to interpret the rules regents and subsidiaries for a perfect connection with the activity.
• ProgramaProgramme

  1 - The sources of economic law: complexity and diversification; 2 - Fundamental economic freedoms: the freedom of movement of goods and economic agents; 3 - Legal framework of the private organisation of the market: the trader on an individual's behalf and the various types of private initiative; 4 - Introduction to Commercial Law: acts of trade; 5 - Code of Commercial Companies: requirements; 6 - Single-person companies, by quotas and anonymous; 7 - Typologies of special contracts.
• ObjectivosObjectives

  - The knowledge of this UC will allow a practical symbiosis in the exercise of the function of Business Manager and must know and apply the concepts of companies and consumers through the introductory study of Economic Law as an autonomous branch of law, as well as contracts and corporate regime.
