  • ObjectivosObjectives
    Students must be able to identify the different levels of responsibility in the process, be able to relate ethical competence to professional development, be able to discuss the code of ethics as an affirmation of professionalism, and demonstrate reflective thinking about the ethical nature of the profession. Another objective of the course is to systematize the main professional competencies of a human resources manager.
