    LO1. Identify the main issues related to business ethics and ethics applied to HRM; LO2. Recognise the ethical challenges inherent to different HRM practices; LO3. Analyse individual and contextual factors that can have a positive and negative influence on professional ethical behaviours.

    Continuous Evaluation:   8 ethical cases (1.9 points each) + Integrative final portfolio (slides + reflections + final report) = 4.8 = 20 Teams are the same in all 8 classes; All members must participate actively; Absences allowed: only 2 out of 8 cases are allowed to be missed June 16, 2026: Portfolio presentation in class; June 18 until 11:59 PM Submission via Moodle       Final Exam Scheme: - Students who have not obtained a positive mark in the continuous evaluation scheme have access to the exam scheme (100%).
