Family Law

  Family Law is a branch of Civil Law that studies and regulates legal family relationships, covering topics such as marriage and divorce, civil partnerships and joint finances, filiation and parental responsibilities, assisted reproductive technology and surrogacy. Its aim is to provide students with the applicable doctrine and practical skills necessary to understand and resolve legal issues related to the various forms of family organisation.

  This course aims to provide students with essential knowledge of family law. It aims to enable students to select and correctly apply the most appropriate legal criteria for understanding family law and its application to specific cases.

• MetodologiaMethodology

  Classes are taught in a theoretical-practical manner so that students can grasp the subject matter more objectively and in depth. Assessment will be based on two written tests, with 50% weighting given to attendance and oral elements.
