Family Law

  Family Law is a branch of Civil Law that studies and regulates legal family relationships, covering topics such as marriage and divorce, civil partnerships and joint finances, filiation and parental responsibilities, assisted reproductive technology and surrogacy. Its aim is to provide students with the applicable doctrine and practical skills necessary to understand and resolve legal issues related to the various forms of family organisation.

• ObjectivosObjectives

  This course aims to provide students with essential knowledge of family law. It aims to enable students to select and correctly apply the most appropriate legal criteria for understanding family law and its application to specific cases.

• MetodologiaMethodology

  Classes are taught in a theoretical and practical way so that the student can learn more objectively and in substance. The assessment must be based on two written tests (50%) and with a weighting of 50% for the presence and oral elements.
