    This discipline aims to introduce the student to the concepts and fundamentals of Management. The discipline addresses fundamental concepts from different theoretical fields of Management, such as Organizations, Strategy, and People Management. The student is expected to become familiar with the basic notions of Management, understand the specificities of different types of companies, comprehend the fundamental processes, and be able to use them in the design of business projects.
