  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The main objective of this course unit is to develop in students a thorough understanding of the psychological mechanisms that influence human behavior in an organizational context, both at the individual and collective levels. The aim is for students to acquire the skills to analyze, interpret, and intervene in the psychological processes that affect the functioning and well-being of individuals and groups at work.
