ApresentaçãoPresentationIn the context of globalization and the internationalization of organizations and individuals, the Human Resources function has experienced rapid evolution, presenting increasingly pressing issues and challenges that demand effective solutions. The mobility of individuals between countries, for various reasons and in multiple forms, holds a significant impact and role within organizations. It becomes essential to have specialists dedicated to its management, who can respond to present challenges with realism and rigor. These qualities are essential for an objective and forward-looking assessment of situations. This Curricular Unit aims to prepare professionals with advanced technical and scientific skills, as well as a solid command of the most modern and effective models, techniques, and practices for managing the mobility of individuals between countries. This preparation enables them to quickly enter a dynamic profession or pursue further education at the 2nd Cycle level.

Prepare students to deal with matters involving people management in a context of internationalization of organizations and businesses, in both the global and national contexts. B. Prepare students to identify the cultural contexts that affect international business and people management in each of these contexts. C. Empower students to undertake actions related to the management of expatriate, repatriate, and migrant personnel in all dimensions of HR management. D. Prepare students to decide when and how the expatriation and repatriation of individuals should be carried out.

MetodologiaMethodologyThe program aims to provide participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to pursue a professional career in international human resources management. Given the theoretical and practical nature of this curriculum, teaching methods encompass both expository and interrogative approaches, as well as active methods such as conducting small case studies and presenting practical assignments. To deliver the program's content, we use supporting materials such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, additional reading articles, and the presentation of real-life cases. Active participation in all proposed activities is expected, as it is a condition for achieving the program's objectives. Therefore, regular attendance and punctuality in all sessions are essential requirements.
