ObjectivosObjectivesProvide students with theoretical and practical knowledge on legal determinants, organizational models, activities, mechanisms, and methods for the assessment and preventive management of psychosocial risks in the workplace. Skills to be developed: Recognize the multiplicity, nature, and diversity of manifestations and consequences of psychosocial risks; Promote the acquisition of fundamental theoretical perspectives for understanding the variables that contribute to adopting an attitude and culture of prevention of psychosocial risks; Understand European and national legislation regulating the characterization, assessment, and intervention of psychosocial risks; Encourage and critically examine the recognition of organizational and/or process-based interventions and methodologies that may help optimize prevention services related to emerging psychosocial risks; Promote the development of research in an area of current scientific interest.

MetodologiaMethodologyThe teaching methodology will require the active presence of students in the classroom and will involve an expository and reflective component, as well as active participation through the analysis of cases, methodologies, and practices that have been implemented in the field of psychosocial risk intervention. The assessment, in line with the above, is based on different moments and formats. This course unit will also provide students with the opportunity to present their group work in a real conference context.
