  • MetodologiaMethodology
    The matters will be approached from a predominantly theoretical-practical perspective - in particular, regarding the study of the Land Registry system - comparing the applicable legal regimes with their respective judicial implementation. Regarding the knowledge assessment regime, students have two written moments. These continuous written assessment tests represent 90% of the weighting, with the remaining 10% being filled by other assessment elements, including general participation and demonstrated interest, quality of exposure and class attendance.
