ApresentaçãoPresentationThis curricular unit focuses on the fundamental concepts of differential and integral calculus. This unit adresses infinite power series; the Taylor series expansion and the theory and the practice of integration (indefined and defined integration). The contents and the teaching / learning strategies used in this unit promote the development of skills to better understand and develop IT engineering projects.

ObjectivosObjectivesAt the end of this unit students must be able to: LO1. Apply the concepts of diferential theory and use them to solve problems in these domains. LO2. Apply the concepts and the elementary operations over infinite power series; LO3. Formulate and to solve problems using Taylor's serial expansion; LO4. Apply the concepts of indefinite integration and use them to solve problems in these domains; LO5. Apply the concepts of defined integration and use them to solve problems in these domains
