    Understand and identify the scope of Organizational Behavior (OC) and its relevance for the area of ¿¿Human Resources Management; Develop critical sense in the identification of individual factors and the relationship between the individual and the explanatory organization of different behaviors and their relationship with individual performance and organizational performance; Enhance the student’s personal development through skills training individuals studied, by carrying out self-diagnosis and critical analysis of cases and videos.
