ObjectivosObjectivesProvide general training in the field of Human Behavior in Organizations. It is intended that students acquire skills that allow them to: - understand and identify the scope of knowledge and intervention possibilities based on Organizational Behavior (OC) in the field of interpersonal and group phenomena; - develop critical sense when identifying interpersonal and group factors that explain different behaviors and their relationship with individual performance and organizational performance; - recognize and integrate the various variables studied by critical analysis of concrete situations in the organizational context.
