    This curricular unit intends that students acquire knowledge about organizational behaviour as a fundamental field of study in the strategy of any organization. Students will be able to understand all organizational processes, in terms of leadership, culture and communication, as well as individual and team dynamics within the organization.

    1. Understand the importance of individuals and groups in social and organizational dynamics, and vice versa. 2. Apply concepts for analyzing organizational behavior. 3. Understand the importance of internal actors and social agents for strategies. 4. Understand and reflect on the ethical concepts that affect an organization, organizational processes, and micro and macro organizational behavior. 5. Apply theoretical and practical organizational concepts and models. 6. Understand the importance of organizations to society.

Continuous assessment: Prof. Albino Lopes: 10 points - Individual written final paper + Prof. Patricia Araujo: 10 points - Assessment - Implementation of Training Action - BEING a Trainer 2 points - Session Plan - IEFP Model. Implement Training Action (Checklist) in 20 to 30 minutes - 23 October 5 points - Training (being a trainer). 1 core text + whatever you deem appropriate (Submit the PPTS - The following day) 2 points - Half-page reflection (personal reflective report as a trainer) - December 19 at 11:59 p.m. 1 point - Being a trainee - 9 out of 12 training sessions. Completion of all assessment moments is mandatory. Failure to complete the exam automatically results in failure, regardless of the final grade. Final Assessment - Individual Exam 100%
